UPDATE: Some fallout & notes from the event via SportsNavi:
The TBA for KAI-Minoru has been confirmed and my thinking was right-6/19.

Much to my delight, one of my favorite tag teams is back! Akebono announced after the event he was reforming SMOP-Super Megaton Ohzumo Powers-with fellow ex-sumo Ryota Hama. The team would go on to win the All-Asia Tag Team Titles and again have their eyes on bringing the belts back to All-Japan.
