I expected the outcome. I reckon Suzuki/Aoki will win and get the shot.

God, what a boring final match.

Well, Hirayanagi is NOAH’s resident jobber & comedy wrestler and has always been the low man in Disobey & NO MERCY, so he’s stuck with it until some new talent comes along (if ever).
In tournaments like this, one of the grand prizes besides a nice 7-figure paycheck (I think it’s either 1 or 5 million yen) and the fancy trophy is usually a title shot. Given that Kanemaru & KENTA are the current GHC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions that would suggest Aoki & Suzuki are going to win and get the shot, maybe at the late August Korakuen, but we’ll see what happens.

Wow, Genba was squashed faster than Zack Saber Jr., that should say something. And this final is a little bit too unexpected, but what the hey, it is going to be very good. It’s hard to predict who is coming out with the victory though…
