8/6 Ice Ribbon Results

Ice Ribbon ran their usual Saturday event today, results from the Ice Ribbon School:
They claimed 86 paid.
Hikari Minami & Kurumi beat Maki Narumiya & Dorami Nagano in 6:28. Minami pinned Nagano after Blockbuster.

Tsukushi beat Chii Tomiya in 7:12.

Emi Sakura & Makoto beat Tsukasa Fujimoto & Hikaru Shida in 14:45. Makoto pinned Fujimoto after a spear.

Hamuko Hoshi & Mochi Miyagi beat International Ribbon Tag Team Champions Chou-un Shiryu & Makoto Oishi in 13:42 to win the titles. Hoshi & Miyagi win the titles for the 2nd time and become the 18th International Ribbon Tag Team Champions. (Hoshi wins titles for the 3rd time) Miyagi pinned Shiryu. And, for now at least, it’s back to good as Team Sexy has the belts back. And hopefully for more than 10 days this time…and with any luck, 15 days (how long until Korakuen).

For those who missed it, no Wednesday show this past week and there will be no Wednesday show again this coming week. Next event is tomorrow then they run next Saturday. The 17th is the only Wednesday event this month. The schedule through September is a bit irregular, here’s what it looks like for now:
Remainder of August: Tomorrow, next Saturday, 8/17, 8/21 (Korakuen), 8/27, 8/28
September: 9/3, 9/7, 9/10, 9/17, 9/19, 9/21, 9/23, 9/24 (Yokohama Radiant Hall), 9.28. 9/11 is scheduled to feature Fujimoto & Miyagi participation in Freedoms.
