Dragon Gate News: Upcoming Title Matches Announced

Dragon Gate announced some upcoming cards today, and there are several title matches planned the rest of the month:
Sunday at Kobe Sambo Hall has Open The Triangle Gate Champions Masato Yoshino, YAMATO & Gamma vs. Masaaki Mochizuki, Shingo Takagi & Dragon Kid for the titles.
The first match for 8/21 at Hakata Starlanes is Open The Dream Gate Champion Masaaki Mochizuki vs. Cyber Kong for the title.
Announced for the next Korakuen on 8/25 is the Blood Warriors-recognized Open The Brave Gate Champion Naoki Tanisaki vs. Gamma for the title. There is a special rule, which is that as the champion Tanisaki needs only a 2 count to win.

Also announced for 8/25 is the return of K-ness, who has been out most of the year due to injury. He’ll return in a 3-way tag match of K-ness & Susumu Yokosuka vs. Genki Horiguchi & Ryo Saito vs. Taku Iwasa & Kenichiro Arai.

Although DG has not announced it yet on their website, SportsNavi reports the full 8/25 Korakuen card is as follows:
Tomahawk T.T. & ? vs. Dragon Kid & AR Fox
Don Fujii vs. Kotoka
CIMA & Yasushi Kanda vs. Masaaki Mochizuki & Rich Swann
Blood Warriors-recognized Open The Brave Gate Champion Naoki Tanisaki vs. Gamma for the title
K-ness Return Match: K-ness & Susumu Yokosuka vs. Genki Horiguchi & Ryo Saito vs. Taku Iwasa & Kenichiro Arai in a 3-way
Naniwa-Type Elimination Match: Masato Yoshino, Shingo Takagi, YAMATO & KAGETORA vs. Naruki Doi, BxB Hulk, Cyber Kong & Akira Tozawa. If the Blood Warriors team wins, the name of the match type will be changed to “Yoshida-Type Elimination Match”

Some fallout from yesterday:
After winning the Summer Adventure Tag Tournament, Akira Tozawa tore up the victory papers he received as the winner and cut a heel promo. He also may have cut some of YAMATO’s hair off. Cyber Kong also attacked Masato Yoshino, which led to the Dream Gate challenge and the elmiination match for Korakuen.
