All-Japan kicked off the SUMMER IMPACT 2011 tour today, results from Korakuen:
They claimed 1400 paid.
Osamu Nishimura Return Match: Masanobu Fuchi & Osamu Nishimura beat Yasufumi Nakanoue & Soshun in 10:53. Nishimura pinned Nakanoue. Nishimura had been inactive the last few months due to his political career.

MAZADA & BLACK BUSHI beat Minoru & BUSHI in 11:33. BLACK pinned BUSHI after B & B Driver.

Takumi Soya Return Match: Joe Doering & Rene Dupree beat Masakatsu Funaki & Takumi Soya in 8:42. Doering pinned Soya after a lariat. Soya had been inactive since late winter due to a fractured jaw. For the newer fans, Takumi Soya is the brother of Manabu Soya.

In a 5 Men’s Decision Death Match, KENSO beat Takao Omori in 7:57.

Akebono & Ryota Hama beat Daisuke Sekimoto & Yuji Okabayashi (Big Japan) in 11:32. Hama pinned Okabayashi after Ryota Hammer.

Taiyo Kea, Seiya Sanada & Manabu Soya beat Suwama, Kaz Hayahsi & Shuji Kondo in 29:26. Soya pinned Kondo after Wild Bomber.

All-Japan World Jr. Heavyweight Champion KAI beat Hiroshi Yamato in 22:26 to retain the title. V2 for KAI.

UPDATE: SportsNavi reports that after the 6-man match, Suwama commented that he would like NOAH’s Jun Akiyama to be the next challenger for the Triple Crown. Also added attendance.
