KO-D Openweight Championship History

The KO-D (King Of DDT) Openweight Championship is the top singles title in DDT. It was created in April 2000 when Masao Orihara beat Sanshiro Takagi to become the first champion.

To this date there have been 37 KO-D Openweight Champions. This includes one interim title reign. They are listed below in order of reign along with which reign it was (some won it multiple times), length of reign and number of successful defenses.
