Yumiko Inoue

Yumiko Inoue is a former gravure idol who became a wrestler/martial arts fighter in 2003. She briefly competed in JDStar before leaving wrestling to have a child. She then competed in taekwondo, winning the silver medal in the 2007 All-Japan Championship East Conference and reaching the final 8 in the 2007 All-Japan Championships. In December 2009 she began training in wrestling at the Ice Ribbon School for a return to the ring after taking a couple years off from wrestling/fighting due to getting married and having a child. She made her Ice Ribbon debut on April 17, 2010. She hasn’t appeared in Ice Ribbon since her debut but reportedly makes frequent appearances at special events, usually pachinko-related, so from a wrestling standpoint she can be considered to be inactive. She’s still listed on Ice Ribbon’s roster though but I would assume she’s no longer wrestling. Another blog she has separate from her primary one, however, suggests she is now more active in MMA.
